According to the EADV congress motto " Making waves in dermatology" STORZ MEDICAL draw the attention to the innovative Accoustic Wave Therapy (AWT^®). 

The 19th Congress of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) was held in Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden, from 6 to10 October, 2010. While Sweden has a more than 100 year old tradition in dermatology and venereology, it was the first time that the EADV was hosted in Sweden. Despite Sweden's comparatively few inhabitants, Swedish clinical research is of an especially high class.

The effectivness of the Accoustic Wave Therapy (AWT^®) was emphasized in the presentation of Dr. Maurice Adatto, Geneva Switzerland, and left a good and lasting impression by his poster presentation "Body sculpting with acoustic wave therapy: Randomized, controlled, multicentre study on 30 subjects.
